Introduction:

Your presence is requested at the first annual Tribal Chiefs Conference. Representatives from each of the ten tribes will gather and share information.

Below is a list of steps to follow in order to prepare for the conference:
  1. Divide into groups of four.
  2. Each group will be given a tribe to research.
  3. Take on the role of a specific chief (geographic, religion, dress, food, customs, structure of society).
  4. Consult Process for suggested topics of exploration.
  5. Gather information.
  6. Group leader will collect information and add to the Wiki Work Space
  7. Check Presentation to learn what is required for the conference.
  8. Prepare visuals on each specific tribal area.
  9. Present on the 15th

Process

Each group must prepare for the conference by gathering information on six key aspects of their tribe. The different topics of exploration are listed below, followed by suggestions of sub-topics that may fall under that particular area. Groups are not tied or limited to these areas. During your exploration, if something interesting is discovered outside the below topics, please prepare to share it at the conference
